Refund Policy

At Sun Powder, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all Sun Powder bulk jars are final sale. As a consumable product, we adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, which means we cannot accept returns once the tamper-proof seal is broken. Bulk jars can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.

Return Process

To initiate a return, the product must be in its original packaging. Please contact us at orders@solsciences.com to request a return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back. For international returns, customers are responsible for obtaining their own return shipping label and covering the associated costs. Any return sent without prior contact will be considered unauthorized and will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 10 days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund, minus the return shipping costs if you use our pre-paid label. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
